The calf box ensures that the calf receives plenty of fresh air but is not exposed to drafts. It is also protected from harmful germs.

In the calf box, the animal does not lie directly on the floor, but rather on the raised slats. This keeps the calf warmer and drier.

The split door is ideal for introducing calves to the teat buckets. The farmer can leave the box without disturbing the calf while it is drinking.
